Cancellation Policy

Printing production of your order could begin at any time after you have made your payment. Meadows Web Technologies generally uses a offset printing process that requires plates to be created. For this reason, we must charge a plating fee if you elect to cancel your order. The plating fee is based stage your project is in the production process.

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you let us know immediately by contacting us at support@printmeadows.com or (980) 272-7677. Please provide your order number when you call or email.

Meadows Web Technologies believes in high quality and will replace items that have been proven to be damaged. We are not responsible for errors made by customers who have provided incorrect shipping addresses.

Insufficent Funds (Bounced Check) Policy
Meadows Web Technologies will notify the customer of the NSF check by phone or by mail. The customer will be asked to pay the balance due for their purchase plus a $25 insufficient funds fee. Meadows Web Technologies expects to receive the total amount within 10 days of notification to the customer.
